I like poems that rhyme. I also enjoy different rhyming patterns and meter so these poems include a variety of styles. I have drawn material from stories that friends and relatives have told me and from experiences as a "young apprentice cowboy" on the Money Hereford Ranch in southern Colorado many years ago as well as a career with the Forest Service, USDA, where a good deal of my work dealt with range management and livestock. 43 poems on 93 pages.
