If you have an issue with the boss or hook on your buckle please call us at 800-303-5703.
We stand behind our work and if you are having an issue with your buckle you can return it to us and we will cast a new one for you.
We will renumber it with the same number.

The product was delivered quickly.. Better quality than the original brass bail.

Needed a new bail
The bail on the buckle broke after almost 20 years of use Western Heritage had one in the mail the day after I sent in an email asking how to get it replaced. They were super easy to work with and very helpful.
