Thanks for your feedback, Spencer, We have been trying so hard to find a way to keep these items. They take up so much of our limited inventory space. We have to order 100 of each 250 increments. We have been watching inventory, and we have pins that have almost never sold in all the years we've been offering them. We did just recently come up with a new option that is like the original ones, but with a blank spot so people can put their award time in them: https://westernheritagestore.com/fish-wildlife-service-volunteer-hour-write-in-lapel-pin/?searchid=0&search_query=fws+vol+pin We are still working on what we might be able to do with these to try and help folks. There might be some that we keep offering, but it would only be something like the 100 hours, 500 hours, and 1000 hours. Everything else would go to this new write-in version. Not Good
The rocker pins are not a good replacement for the individual hours pins. I don''t have time to put tiny little hooks together to loop them together and the volunteers end up not even wearing them because they don't want to bother with it either. Now it's 3 times the amount we were paying for them. I know you're trying to scale up your business but this isn't going to work for our volunteers here going forward. We have up to 70 that may need a pin every year. They loved having the nice "ring" box to take photos with their accomplishments too.
